Our offerings include inspection, treatment, prevention, and ongoing pest management for a wide range of pests, including but not limited to insects, rodents, wildlife, and birds. Specific services, treatment methods, and pricing are discussed during consultation and outlined in individual service agreements.
Service Agreements and Scheduling
When you schedule a service with A & R Pest Solutions, you enter into a service agreement that details the scope of work, pricing, and any applicable terms specific to your treatment plan. We will make reasonable efforts to perform services at the agreed-upon date and time; however, scheduling may be subject to change due to weather, safety conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in the event of any scheduling changes.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, customers agree to the following:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the property, pest concerns, and any known conditions that may affect treatment.
- Follow all preparation instructions provided by A & R Pest Solutions prior to scheduled treatments.
- Comply with all post-treatment guidelines, including vacating treated areas for the recommended duration and keeping children and pets away from treated zones as directed.
- Maintain reasonable access to the property and relevant areas for our technicians during scheduled appointments.
- Disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions within the household that may be relevant to the products or methods used.
Failure to follow preparation or post-treatment instructions may reduce the effectiveness of services and could void applicable warranties or guarantees.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is provided during consultation and confirmed in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept various forms of payment as communicated at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated before work begins. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes due to conditions discovered during service – such as a more severe infestation than initially assessed – and any additional costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (855) 466-7158 or emailing [email protected]. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be outlined in your service agreement.
Warranties and Guarantees
Certain services may include warranties or satisfaction guarantees, the terms of which will be specified in your individual service agreement. Warranty coverage typically requires adherence to recommended preparation steps, post-treatment guidelines, and any follow-up scheduling as advised by our technicians.
Warranties do not cover re-infestations caused by new pest introductions, structural deficiencies not addressed by the property owner, or failure to follow our recommended guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
A & R Pest Solutions strives to deliver safe, effective pest control using industry-standard methods and EPA-registered products. However, pest control outcomes can vary depending on factors including infestation severity, environmental conditions, property characteristics, and customer compliance with preparation and post-treatment instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law:
A & R Pest Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage not directly caused by our negligence, loss of business income, or secondary pest activity unrelated to the original scope of work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for damages resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable law.
Health and Safety
Our technicians are licensed and trained in accordance with Washington State Department of Agriculture regulations. We use products and methods approved for the specific application, and we follow all applicable federal, state, and local guidelines for pesticide application and wildlife management.
While our treatments are designed to be safe when applied as directed, some individuals may have sensitivities to certain products. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known sensitivities or health concerns prior to treatment. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products used during your service are available upon request.
Property Access and Conditions
By scheduling services, you authorize our technicians to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the agreed-upon work. If our technicians encounter unsafe conditions – including but not limited to structural hazards, aggressive animals, or environmental dangers – they reserve the right to pause or discontinue service until the condition is resolved. Any related delays will not constitute a breach of our service obligations.
Intellectual Property
All content on aandrpestsolutions.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of A & R Pest Solutions and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
Privacy

The venue for any legal proceedings shall be Clark County, Washington.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
